Carey asked the Minister for Education and Science if, in view of the correspon dence from the chairperson of the board of management of a school (details supplied) in Dublin 15, he will assist the school by way of the provision of a resource teacher; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has no record of the correspondence referred to by the Deputy.

However, I have asked my Department's inspectorate to investigate the needs of the school in question.
