Question:328 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Social, Community and Family Affairs if he will arrange a re-assessment of means for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo for a farm assist scheme payment. [23203/99]
Written Answers. - Social Welfare Appeals.
The means of the person concerned were reviewed by a social welfare inspector on 11 November, 1999. The inspector's report has been forwarded to a deciding officer, who will give a decision in the case shortly. The person concerned will then be notified of the outcome.
