Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands (Miss De Valera)
I propose to put the matter of future policy in relation to An Blascaod Mór formally to the Government, taking account of the Supreme Court decision of July 1999 and other developments since the Act was passed in 1989. In this regard, I am finalising my proposals and hope to bring them to Government at an early date.
