359 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if an application by a person (details supplied) in County Longford will be expedited by the Land Registry in view of the significant urgency attached to it; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25202/99]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part that was lodged on 13 August 1999 and is awaiting the drafting of a new folio.

This matter is being expedited by the Land Registry and subject to no queries arising, will be completed within the next fortnight.
