173 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will process the application of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath for installation aid; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26095/99]

The application under the national scheme of installation aid in this case was returned to the applicant on 27 August 1999 as it was found to be incomplete. When resubmitted to my Department with the necessary supporting documentation, processing of the application can proceed.
