301 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will expedite the paperwork regarding the sale of a site (details supplied) in order that the transfer is immediately dealt with by the Commissioners for Charitable Donations and Bequests and approved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has no outstanding paperwork on the sale of the site referred to by the Deputy. It is my understanding that the vendor's solicitor lodged on 17 November 1999 an application for approval of this sale with the Commissioners of Charitable Donations and Bequests for Ireland.
