Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a Land Commission vesting – fiat – which was lodged on 16 July 1993. Land Commission vesting orders and fiats are deemed to be registered as of the date of vesting which is prior to the date of lodgement of the documents in the Land Registry. Accordingly, registration in the Land Registry of Land Commission cases is afforded a lower priority than the registration of other dealings.
That said, I can inform the Deputy that this case is expected to be completed in the next ten days.
