93 Mr. Finucane asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when a work permit will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick in view of the fact she has had several offers in a profession where there are skill shortages; and if she will make a statement on the matter. An application for a work permit in respect of the individual concerned was received by my Department on 7 December. I understand that a decision on the case will issue in the next few days.
