311 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Education and Science if payment due to Dungarvan Urban District Council for the sale of property for the provision of the new vocational school at Dungarvan will issue immediately; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2390/00]

I regret that the information requested by the Deputy is not available at present because of an industrial dispute in my Department. I will arrange to have the information forwarded to the Deputy.

Question:

312 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science the progress, if any, on the building programme for Scoil Áine, Raheny, Dublin 5, where class size of up to 38 are occurring due to the lack of space. [2391/00]

The long-term accommodation requirements of Scoil Áine, Raheny, are currently being assessed by the planning and building unit of my Department. As soon as this assessment has been completed my Department will be in contact with the school authorities regarding the application for additional accommodation.
