140 Mr. Kenneally asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a suckler cow payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2205/00]

The person named applied for premium on 3 cows under the 1999 suckler cow premium scheme for small-scale milk producers on 25 May 1999.

The application is being processed at present and provided all office checks are in order full payment will issue shortly.
