I propose to take Questions Nos. 20 to 24, inclusive, together.

The report in question is part of a wider series of recommendations for constitutional change made by the All-Party Oireachtas Committee on the Constitution. The Government has already implemented the recommendations made by the committee on recognition of local government in the Constitution. Other recommendations including those in this report will be addressed over time.
