223 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children the way in which he will deal with a situation where non-consultant hospital doctors working in hospitals could be earning less than the minimum wage for overtime work when the new national minimum wage Bill is implemented. [4233/00]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

I am not aware of any case where this could happen. However, if the Deputy has a specific case in mind I am prepared to examine same.
