109 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 258 of 8 February 2000, the number of nurs ing home beds per thousand population in each health board area; and the number of public and private beds and the public and private share in each of those areas. As indicated in my previous reply, the information sought by the Deputy is currently being collected by my Department from the health boards. This is taking a little longer than anticipated but, as soon as the information comes to hand, I will forward it to the Deputy.
