Question:73 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will award a farm retirement pension to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [8443/00]
Written Answers. - Farm Retirement Scheme.
The processing of the application by the person named for the early retirement pension is awaiting the submission by him of essential supporting documents as outlined in my replies to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 141 of 1 February 2000, 221 of 8 February 2000 and 138 of 17 February 2000. My Department has written to the person named on five occasions, most recently on 13 March 2000 on the various outstanding issues. Until the person named provides the required details, his application cannot be finalised.
