Question:

135 Mr. Neville asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the grants sanctioned and paid to a company (details supplied) which has now ceased operation; and if any grants were recovered. [13109/00]

I am informed by FÁS that a grant of £360 was paid under the training support scheme to the company in question. This grant was not recoverable under the conditions of the grant scheme.

Question:

136 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the reason for the delay in the payment of a forestry premium to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [12538/00]

The person in question planted in December 1997 and all payments due have been paid. Payment for 2000 issued on 3 May.
