Question:237 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance the way in which erosion of a road (details supplied) in County Mayo by a river can be resolved. [12364/00]
Written Answers. - River Maintenance.
The river in question is outside the boundary of the Moy catchment scheme and consequently the Commissioners of Public Works have no responsibility for the maintenance of the river. Road maintenance is a matter for the relevant local authority.
