Vol. 518 No. 6

Written Answers. - Land Disposal.

John Bruton

Question:

383 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the cases in which local authorities have disposed of land at less than market value in each of the past five years; and the statutory authority used in each case. [12700/00]

Information on the consents issued by my Department to local authorities to the disposal of such lands in each of the past five years is being compiled and will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as possible. However, my Department does not have details of lands actually disposed of by local authorities following receipt of consent.
