43 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the current position in relation to the judicial review of the European Union Community's (Milk Quota) Regulations 2000; and the arrangements in place pending the decision of the Court. [13344/00]

Leave to apply for judicial review in the case referred to was granted on 20 April. The timetable for the hearing is a matter for the courts and no date has yet been fixed.

I propose to continue implementing the regulations in question pending the decision of the court in relation to the case referred to.
