Vol. 520 No. 1

Written Answers. - Long-Term Illness Scheme.

John McGuinness

Question:

229 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the progress, if any, made in relation to a submission made by a person (details supplied) in County Wexford under the long-term illness scheme for her son; and if his Department will acknowledge the submission and investigate the matter. [15239/00]

While I have recently received representations in this case, I have no record of receiving the submission referred to by the Deputy. The consideration of such a submission is a matter for determination by the South Eastern Health Board.
