273 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will instruct the South Eastern Health Board to submit the occupational therapist's report to Kilkenny County Council on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny regarding his application under the disabled persons grant scheme. [18373/00]
The submission of the occupational therapist's report to Kilkenny County Council in this instance is solely a matter for the South Eastern Health Board. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, South Eastern Health Board with a request that he examine the query and reply directly to the Deputy, as a matter of urgency.
