280 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a person (details supplied) has in fact criticised the Forum on Water Fluoridation for containing too many people with known pro-fluoridation views; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am aware of the concerns raised by the individual referred to by the Deputy. In response, I have asked my officials to prepare a bio-pic of each of the proposed members of the forum on fluorides and to forward it to the individual concerned in order to allay his worries. I am very anxious that both pro-fluoridation and anti-fluoridation views are expressed and explored in depth by the forum.
