Question:

286 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will give the grant allocations made under the heritage building conservation scheme for each county; the properties involved; the number of applications received and refused to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18017/00]

The county councils and county borough corporations administer the conservation grant scheme for protected structures. The allocation to each local authority is set out in the following table. Information in regard to the properties involved and the applications received and refused to date is a matter for the relevant local authorities and is not available in my Department.
