383 Ms Fitzgerald asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the EU directives, under the aegis of his Department that are outstanding and remain to be implemented in Irish law to date. [17980/00]

The information sought by the Deputy in relation to directives which are outstanding, namely, in the sense that the implementation deadline has gone by or has been reached is set out in the tabular statement hereunder:
