Vol. 522 No. 2

Written Answers. - Student Accommodation.

Brian O'Shea

Question:

515 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Education and Science the proposals, if any, he has to ensure that State-funded third level institutions, which have student accommodation, provide that accommodation to the students who are most needy and furthest from home; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18523/00]

The admission arrangements applying in State-funded third level institutions which provide student accommodation are matters for the individual institution concerned.
