I have made inquiries of the health boards in this matter. They have indicated that, in general, adverse reactions to vaccinations are notified by doctors to the Irish Medicines Board, formerly the National Drugs Advisory Board, which maintains a database in this regard, and not to their local health board.
A complete examination of all individual immunisation records held by the health boards would be necessary to establish definitively whether these contain any information on this issue. This would represent a disproportionate demand on the limited time of staff in the health boards.
