88 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 110 of 20 June 2000, he will forward to Deputy Sargent a copy of the land purchase agreement in respect of 17 hectares (details supplied) in County Wicklow between the Land Commission and a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow. The land purchase agreement in this case is still in the Land Registry awaiting registration. A certified copy of the document may be obtained from the records branch of my Department on payment of the appropriate fee. I have arranged for the keeper of records to write to the Deputy.
