Question:

116 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance the names and number of appointees to State agencies, bodies or boards made by him in the past 12 months; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18983/00]

The information sought by the Deputy is as follows:

There were three appointees to the Civil Service Arbitration Board: Mr. Gerard Duncan S.C., Mr. Tom Wall and Mr Derek Hunter.

There were two appointees to the Review Body on Higher Remuneration: Mr. Noel O'Neill and Professor Brian Hillery.

There were three appointees to the An Post National Lottery Company: Mr. Kieran McGowan, Mr. John Hynes (Chairman) and Mr. Terry Reynolds.

There were three appointees to the Valuation Tribunal: Mr. John Kerr, Mr. Tim Cotter and Mr. Fred Devlin (Deputy Chairman).

There were three appointees to the Central Bank: Mr. John Hurley, Mr. David Begg and Mr. Roy Donovan.

There was one appointee to the ACC: Ms Carmel Keane.

There were three appointees to the ICC Bank plc: Mr. Donal McNally, Mr. Paul Mackey and Mr. Phil Flynn was re-appointed.

There were five appointees to the ACC Bank plc: Mr. Maurice Tempany, Mr. John P. Greely, Ms Finola Kennedy, Mr. Colm Darling and Mr. Brendan Malone was re-appointed.

There were two appointees to the Euro Changeover Board of Ireland: Mr. Donal Walshe and Ms Eimear O' Rourke.
