212 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if money is paid by Údarás na Gaeltachta each year toward the management, caretaking and maintenance of an airstrip (details supplied) in County Mayo. [18930/00]
This is a matter for Údarás na Gaeltachta. However I understand from an tÚdarás that it has a lease on a licenced airstrip in the area in question and pays a fee of £1,750 on a twice-yearly basis, total £3,500 per annum, in respect of a maintenance and caretaking contract on the property.
