42 Mr. D'Arcy asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when the report from National Rural Monitoring Committee on grant assistance to group sewerage schemes is expected to be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16407/00]

I expect the second annual report of the National Rural Water Monitoring Committee for the year ending June 2000 will be submitted to me and will be generally available before the end of October.
