Question:105 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when area aid payments will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21764/00]

The person named submitted a 2000 area aid application on which he declared 13.35 hectares of forage and 3.88 hectares of arable area. The area aid application has been fully processed.
No applications have been received from the person named under the 2000 headage and premia schemes.
In accordance with EU regulations 2000 arable payments will commence on 16 November 2000.
