I propose to take Questions Nos. 261, 263 and 304 together.

The provision of services in this instance is the statutory responsibility of the Western Health Board. A strategic plan for the development of diabetic services in the Western Health Board area has been submitted by the Western Health Board to my Department. My Department is considering the strategic plan and will discuss the matter further with the board in the context of the board's priorities for 2001.
