387 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the plans he has for the future of the divisional headquarters of An Garda Síochána in Fermoy, County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22114/00]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue):

My Department received last week a submission from the Garda authorities in relation to the location of the divisional headquarters in the Cork north division which is currently located in Fermoy.

The submission is now under consideration.
