386 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if an application for registration by persons (details supplied) in County Leitrim has yet been received in the Land Registry Office; if it is receiving attention; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22113/00]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a Transfer (Voluntary) which was lodged on 14 June 2000. I can inform the Deputy that this application is expected to be completed shortly.
