408 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science the progress that has been made with regard to school transport for a person (details supplied) in County Sligo in view of the fact that the request was submitted in June 2000; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21976/00]

Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods):

My Department has been unable to trace the application referred to by the Deputy, in the absence of details of the school to which transport was sought. If the Deputy could provide this information, I will have the matter investigated as a matter of urgency.
