Vol. 524 No. 2

Written Answers. - School Accommodation.

Richard Bruton

Question:

445 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science the current position on the proposal to build a replacement building for a school (details supplied) in County Louth; the reasons for the slow progress in moving to construction on this project; and if his attention has been drawn to the very difficult conditions for children and staff in the current accommodation. [22293/00]

Difficulties associated with access to the proposed site for the new school have now been resolved and my Department will be in contact with the management authorities shortly in order to progress the project.
