193 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if a person (details supplied) in County Wexford can receive a 60% grant as originally approved for his expenditure under the control of farmyard pollution application; and if the total level of grant payable in this case can be reviewed. Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh):

The person named was paid grant aid of £13,500, the maximum amount provided for under the terms and conditions of the 1994-99 scheme of investment aid for the control of farm pollution.
