446 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will give details of the criticism contained in the last report of the Inspector of Mental Hospitals with regard to the conditions for patients in St. Brendan's, Grangegorman, Dublin 7; and the steps he is undertaking to improve conditions. This is a matter for the Eastern Regional Health Authority, ERHA. I have therefore referred this matter to the regional chief executive of the ERHA and have requested him to reply directly to the Deputy.
