Question:206 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will forward to the Deputy a copy of the Butterfat Regulations 1989. [25540/00]

There was no regulation solely to do with butterfat adopted in 1989. However, Article 12 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 1546/88 of 3 June 1988 relates to the impact of the butterfat content of milk deliveries. This regulation was replaced in an amending Commission Regulation EEC No. 1033-89 of 20 April 1989 which was published in Official Journal No. L110. A copy of that regulation will be forwarded to the Deputy.
