207 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a decision on an appeal by a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25541/00]
The herdowner lodged an appeal on 9 August 2000 concerning his 1999 extensification premium. Appeals require individual examination and are dealt with in the order in which they are received. This appeal is due to be examined shortly and the herdowner will be notified of the outcome.
