Priority 3 of the draft Peace II Operational Programme 2000-04 provides for a continuation of the role of the county council led task forces in the six Border counties in relation to locally based regeneration and development.
The draft operational programme is the subject of negotiations with the EU Commission. Until these negotiations are concluded, it will not be possible to indicate what the financial allocations for each of the implementation agencies are likely to be.
