332 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if the new edition of the booklet, An Bhratach Náisiúnta, is now available; if so, to whom this new publication, on the protocol dealing with the criteria for flying the national flag, was issued; and if she will make a statement on the matter. While my response to the Deputy's previous Question No. 150 of 31 May 2000 indicated this booklet would be available this year, the Department of the Taoiseach now envisages that a final draft of the booklet, An Bhratach Náisiúnta, will go to print by the end of January 2001. As in the case of the previous publication, the booklet will be available through the Government Publications Sale Office. An Bhratach Náisiúnta will also be available on the Government website and consideration will be given to making copies available to schools throughout the country.
