351 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will intervene with the Land Registry on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Sligo and have his application for registration prioritised; if he will ensure that the dealing is expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Regis trar of Titles that this application refers to a pre-1959 transmission which was lodged on 14 September 2000.
I am further informed that a query issued to the lodging solicitor on 9 November 2000 and the application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved.
I can assure the Deputy that the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible after a satisfactory reply has been received.
