372 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science the contribution he can make towards the education of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9 with a specific learning difficulty; and if he will outline the Department's policy in such cases. [25456/00]
I understand that my Department has no record of a request for the specific support referred to by the Deputy in respect of the child in question.
However, I have asked my Department's inspectorate to investigate the issue raised by the Deputy with a view to determining what support should be made available in this case.
