126 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the EU directives under the aegis of her Department that are outstanding and remain to be implemented in Irish law; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [25625/00]

I refer the Deputy to my answer to parliamentary Question No. 128 of 4 October 2000 where I indicated that there are no EU directives coming under the auspices of my Department which await transposition into law.
