119 Mr. Gormley asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment her views on whether the nuclear industry breaches EU competition law by receiving State subsidies particularly in relation to insurance costs; if she has expressed any view on this matter to the EU Competition Commissioner; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
