140 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 141 of 8 November 2000, he will confirm that all the correct information has been received for an application for title regarding property (details supplied) in Dublin 10; and the length of time this application will take. I refer the Deputy to my reply to parliamentary Question No. 141 of Thursday, 9 November 2000. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that a reply to the query of 13 September 2000 to the lodging solicitors has been received and the dealing was completed on 28 November 2000.
