245 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the status of the research into ADD-ADHD at the Mid-Western Health Board to which he allocated a £30,000 grant; the contacts which have been made with ADD-ADHD sufferers here; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28474/00]

I have been informed by the Mid-Western Health Board that the research will be finalised within the next three to four weeks. I have asked the chief executive officer of the Mid-Western Health Board to reply directly to the Deputy with information regarding the contacts that have been made with ADD-ADHD sufferers.
