Question:

183 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Finance if the Office of Public Works will investigate the causes of river flooding in Enniskean Village, County Cork; and the time frame for flood relief works if necessary at this location. [29616/00]

The Commissioners of Public Works have not been made aware of any flooding problems in Enniskean, County Cork. However, the Office of Public Works will provide whatever support is requested by the local authority in carrying out their responsibilities to relieve flooding.
