Question:357 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason for the delay in the registration of the new ownership of a property (details supplied) in County Mayo. [29319/00]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application which relates to a Land Commission vesting order was lodged on 25 June 1991.
I am further informed by the Land Registry that Schedule 91922 and Folio No. 413F contain no apparent reference to the person mentioned by the Deputy. If the Deputy can check the details supplied and come back to me I will have further inquiries made.
