Question:221 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a registration for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo could be expedited. [3134/01]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development fiated purchase agreement which was lodged on 10 January 2001. I am further informed by the Land Registry that Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development schedules are deemed to be registered as of the date of vesting, which is prior to the date of lodgement of the documents in the Land Registry. The Land Registry has also stated that registration is expected to be completed in approximately four weeks, provided no mapping or legal queries arise.
